Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services is a treatment approach designed to help improve the lives of disabled individuals. The goal of psychosocial rehabilitation is to teach emotional, cognitive, and social skills that help those diagnosed with mental illness live and work in their communities as independently as possible.

Community Family Services
This intensive program is aimed at serving children, teens and their families in the community. These clients are often at risk for hospitalization, delinquency, residential placement, or a more restrictive school placement. Services are also provided for children who are in foster care or who may be in the custody of the Department of Children and Families.

Medical Services
Step-by-Step 4 Help Foundation provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management of clients served by each program. Medical services are provided by two full-time Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at the two (2) outpatient locations.

Outpatient Services
Outpatient services provide treatment and support for infants, children and adults affected by trauma, behavioral issues, mental illnesses, childhood disorders, addictions and co-occurring disorders within the same seamless system to support sustained recovery for those who have experienced severe or chronic illness.

Targeted Case Management
Step-by-Step 4 Help provides case management services for children and adolescents who have more serious emotional problems. Our Case Managers work closely with our clients and families to assist them in obtaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services in the community that will improve their lives and maintain the child in the least restrictive environment.
